Job summary

Progroup Recruitment Limited is seeking a FIRAS accredited Passive Fire Site Manager for Leeds Teaching Hospital. You will oversee a large on-site team delivering fire stopping works, with some fire door tasks, in a live NHS environment.

Immediate start required; day and night shifts with overtime at 1.5x day rate. Must have FIRAS supervisor accreditation and enhanced DBS, SMSTS, CSCS, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• FIRAS Supervisor accreditation for fire stopping is mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check must be current and valid.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid are required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience managing large on-site teams and working in NHS environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take full on-site responsibility for delivery of fire stopping works across Leeds Teaching Hospital.
• Lead a team of 10–20 operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Certify and sign off completed works under FIRAS accreditation.
• Produce short-term schedules of works from the master programme.
• Liaise with client and project team; manage site safety, quality, and compliance.
