Job summary

St. James's Place Wealth Management plc is seeking a Head Paraplanner to lead the paraplanning team at LH Financial Planning Ltd, an appointed representative.

The role focuses on developing the function, shaping processes, and supporting complex client cases with a strong technical foundation. You will mentor the team, ensure quality across paraplanning outputs, and collaborate closely with Partners and Advisers to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Significant paraplanning experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
• Experience in managing, supervising or mentoring others.
• Strong technical knowledge across IHT, estates, pensions, investments and protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the paraplanning team and oversee workflow and quality.
• Act as the key link between paraplanning and Partner/Advisers to ensure high-quality client service.
• Coach and motivate others; prioritise cases and manage multiple tasks.
