Globe Locums Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Paediatric/ CYP Occupational Therapist for a Walsall-based assignment. The role involves leading a borough-wide review of OT provision, aligning services across adult and children’s care and education to form an integrated all-age OT model.

The post holder will map current OT pathways, assess demand and capacity, and translate findings into practical options with clear implementation priorities.

Qualificações

• 1 year post graduate experience
• HCPC Registered
• DBS or Police Check
• Valid Passport/Visa

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 12-month borough-wide review of Occupational Therapy provision across the council and develop evidence-based options and recommendations for a sustainable, integrated all-age OT model.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of how OT is currently provided across Adult Social Care, Children's Services, health, education, SEND, housing, equipment and community interfaces.
• Translate evidence into practical options for the future, including recommendations regarding service scope, pathways, workforce, governance and accountability.
