Job summary

Beavertown Brewery is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging teams, driving performance across safety, quality, efficiency and people development. You’ll be a hands-on leader on automated lines, creating a culture of continuous improvement and supporting day-to-day operations.

You’ll manage training, shift patterns and performance, coordinate with other departments, and champion GMP, Lean practices and food-safety standards to ensure products meet Beavertown quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading packaging or manufacturing teams in food/Beverage environments.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills on production lines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across shifts and departments.
• Comfortable with shift work and fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Packaging Operators to build a high-performing team.
• Manage training, rotas, attendance and performance.
• Oversee shift operations on automated packaging lines.
• Ensure packaging meets safety, quality and Beavertown standards.
• Monitor production plans and KPIs; drive improvements.
