Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Enfield, Greater London, is seeking a Packaging Manager to own packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will lead and develop the packaging function, upskill teams, implement lean ways of working, and drive day-to-day performance to ensure on-time delivery at the right quality and cost.

The role requires at least 3 years in packaging/manufacturing, proven management experience, and kegging/canning expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Packaging or Manufacturing.
• Proven management / leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the packaging function to improve performance.
• Upskill teams and implement lean ways of working.
• Drive day-to-day performance to deliver on time, to standard and at cost.
• Deliver packaging plans meeting quality, efficiency and financial targets.
• Improve safety culture and develop technical capability across teams.
• Drive line performance through OEE improvements and bottleneck elimination.
