Job summary

Forward Role is seeking a Senior Designer with a strong packaging background to lead a new in‑house design team. You’ll shape packaging and broader design functions, guiding brand-aligned outcomes across products, marketing, and stores.

You will manage two designers, drive packaging guidelines, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. A flexible, hybrid setup supports balanced office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in packaging design, with knowledge of compliance and production processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality packaging design, with retail/product focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team and manage two other designers.
• Oversee packaging designs for seasonal launches with technical compliance.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and suppliers to align with brand objectives.
• Develop packaging-specific brand guidelines and design principles.
• Support broader design needs including retail store assets and digital content.
• Act as the key point of contact for design decisions with senior stakeholders and the board.
