Job summary

Forward Role is seeking a Midweight Designer with packaging design experience to join the growing in-house creative team. This role offers the chance to work on packaging for seasonal product launches and broader design tasks across digital and print channels.

You will collaborate with the Senior Designer to deliver solutions that align with brand guidelines and help develop packaging principles and templates for future use. This position supports additional design tasks during quieter periods.

Qualifications

• Packaging design experience with knowledge of packaging production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Monday.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality packaging designs for a wide range of products, ensuring production specs.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to deliver brand-aligned solutions.
• Develop packaging design principles and templates for future use.
• Assist with store assets, email campaigns, banners, and social content.
• Coordinate with buying, marketing and suppliers to meet business objectives.
