Anglian Water Services is seeking an experienced Lead OT Engineer to provide technical leadership across Operational Technology systems in Anglian Water’s environments. You will support field engineers and stakeholders in diagnosing high-impact issues and help deliver large capital schemes with regulatory compliance and service resilience.
The role requires extensive OT experience, knowledge of SCADA/PLC and industrial networks, and the ability to design robust, maintainable automation solutions
Salary - Circa £65,000 (Depending on Skills and experience) + Car Allowance
Location – Covering Norwich and wider Norfolk area
Permanent, Full time 37 Hours with flexibility for part time

As a Lead OT Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across Operational Technology (OT) systems used within Anglian Water’s operational environments. Acting as the primary point of contact for complex OT and process control challenges, you will support field engineers, operational teams, and stakeholders in diagnosing and resolving high-impact technical issues, whilst supporting with the delivery of large capital schemes. Your expertise will be central to ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing leakage and pollution events, and upholding service resilience across our critical infrastructure.
