Portsmouth Water is seeking a proactive OT Engineer to design, develop and optimise OT solutions across Production assets. You will work with Operations and Technical teams to improve site reliability, reduce energy use and strengthen resilience while focusing on water quality, health, safety and wellbeing.
You will lead OT system improvements, support minor OT/ICS projects and mentor colleagues, ensuring safe handover of works and adherence to change control.

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to join our highly regarded Production Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing and optimising OT solutions across our Production assets, helping us deliver reliable, safe and efficient water services to our customers. Working closely with Operations and Technical teams, you will use your expertise to improve site reliability, reduce energy consumption, strengthen operational resilience, and support our continued focus on water quality, health, safety and wellbeing.
If you are successful for the role, you will be required to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks that will include a basic disclosure check. Depending on the role, you may also be required to go through the national security vetting process for either a CTC or SC clearance check. Any offer of employment is conditional upon completion and receipt of satisfactory checks.
