Job summary

Sigma Recruitment is seeking a Lead Oracle Applications Developer to join a Cardiff manufacturing site on-site five days a week. You will optimise the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2), design and build modern Oracle APEX apps, and lead requirements gathering with business users from end to end projects.

You’ll maintain VB.NET and Python tools, drive process improvements, and ensure robust, scalable solutions that deliver real business impact.

Qualifications

• Oracle EBS experience, functional and technical.
• Oracle APEX experience.
• Own the full project lifecycle end to end, gathering requirements from business users.
• On-site Cardiff five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, support and optimise Oracle EBS (R12.2).
• Design and build modern Oracle APEX applications, standalone or integrated with EBS.
• Lead requirements gathering with business users and run projects end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across EBS modules and interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance VB.NET and Python applications.
• Prototype new tools and process improvements to stay ahead.
