Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is hiring an Oracle Application Lead for a 6-month contract based in Reading with onsite work two days per week.

The role requires 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, strong leadership of Oracle EBS projects with hands-on development and architecture, and knowledge of OIC and HCM Payroll as a plus. Upgrade project exposure is desirable, with emphasis on client and vendor management and onsite-offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• Lead Oracle EBS projects with hands-on development and architecture.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Payroll a plus.
• Upgrade project experience desirable.
• Strong client and vendor management.
• Led onsite-offshore delivery coordination.

• Drive discussions with business and lead projects from onsite.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure delivery on track.

• Candidate with at least 15+ years of experience working in Oracle ERP products
• Good Experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS Solution projects with hands on Development and Architecture Experience
• Knowledge of Integration (OIC) and HCM Payroll is an added plus
• Experience in Upgrade projects is desirable.
• Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
• Experience in Leading a team and managing Onsite-Offshore coordination.
