Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced post holder to lead the Oncology CNS team. You will provide leadership with support from the Oncology Service Director and Matron, delivering Shared Decision Making, education and training for CNS and Registrars, and driving service improvement across the oncology service.

Qualifications

• Leadership to Oncology CNS team with support from Service Director and Matron.
• Involves Shared Decision Making and training for CNS and Registrars.
• Focus on service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Adjuvant and Neo-Adjuvant SACT service and manage a patient cohort from MDT to discharge.
• Hold New Patient and Follow Up outpatient clinics with prescribing SACT.
• Collaborate with surgical and oncology colleagues in patient management plans.
