Broadwood Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced on-site Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. You will lead teams, manage schedules and ensure work meets scope and quality standards on behalf of our client.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, time management and communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors and team members, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising electrical staff on commercial projects.
• Strong reading of drawings and installation methods.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Implement work schedules for electrical staff.
• Motivate and assist team as needed.
• Inspect and assess work completed by staff.
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure proper installation.
• Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Consult with customers and contractors as necessary.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
