Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd in Westminster is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical works on a major £15m+ project. You will take ownership of delivery on site, coordinating the electrical team, subcontractors and suppliers while working closely with the wider project team.

This role suits someone who can keep a complex programme moving, resolve issues early and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical installations on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services and project delivery.
• Confidently manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Ability to plan ahead, solve problems and deliver to programme.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical works from planning through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, procurement and materials.
• Monitor programme progress, costs, quality and health and safety.
• Lead site meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Work with design teams and other trades to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Manage inspections, testing, documentation and final handover.
