Cygnet Health Care is seeking an ambitious Occupational Therapist to lead and develop the OT service at Cygnet Afon Las in Corwen. The role focuses on establishing OT provision from the outset within a neuropsychiatry setting, with structured supervision and a Band 7 framework.

You will work 40 hours per week in a permanent post, with a salary of £50,632 per annum. The post offers a unique opportunity to shape clinical pathways, lead an interdisciplinary team, and deliver person-centred

Qualifications

• The candidate is a qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration.
• Experience at Band 7 or readiness to progress to that level.
• Interest or experience in neurorehabilitation is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop OT provision at Cygnet Afon Las as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Shape and implement OT pathways for neurocognitive care.
• Collaborate to ensure person-centred rehabilitation for men with complex needs.
