Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for Cygnet Afon Las in Corwen. The role supports the development and delivery of occupational therapy within a neurocognitive service and works under the supervision of a Highly Specialist OT.

Based at the new Corwen site opening in early 2027, the post focuses on assessments, interventions and promoting independence for men with complex needs in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS and references are required.
• Ability to work under clinical supervision of a Highly Specialist OT.
• Experience or interest in neurocognitive rehabilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of occupational therapy in the neurocognitive service.
• Assist assessments and outcome measurement under supervision.
• Deliver delegated individual and group-based interventions.
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and meaningful routines.
