Whittington Health is seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to lead the Haringey Community Stroke Service. You will manage a diverse therapy team, including OTs, PTs, SLT and rehabilitation technicians, and oversee the day-to-day rehabilitation for adults referred to the stroke service.

In this role you will partner with the Clinical Rehabilitation Lead to plan, coordinate and evaluate pathways, maintain a clinical caseload, and provide supervision and CPD.

• Provide supervision to OTs, PTs, SLT and rehabilitation staff.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake a day-to-day team lead role for the therapy staff.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Rehabilitation Lead to plan, coordinate and evaluate stroke pathways.
• Maintain overall responsibility for patient caseload while delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Engage in evidence-based practice, CPD and clinical audit.
