The ideal candidate will have Level 3+ early years qualifications, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in supervision within an early years setting.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership duties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee educational strategies across multiple rooms.
• Plan and deliver activities, adapting curriculum to meet diverse needs.
• Mentor Room Leaders and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and communicate development.
• Ensure health, safety and safeguarding compliance across the centre.
