Job summary

Kids Planet Chester is seeking a Third in Charge to support the management of our nursery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care in line with the EYFS.

You’ll lead and support teams, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive setting. Level 3 UK early years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Assist in leading and supporting teams to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families to support development and wellbeing.
