Job summary

Hawthorns Primary School and Nursery in Worthing is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming, safe and stimulating nursery/pre-school environment. You will oversee staff, ensure EYFS compliance, and work with families to support each child’s development.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding and planning, with a commitment to inclusive practice and collaboration with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early years teams.
• Strong understanding of child development from birth to five.
