Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Lead Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership across the hospital nursing team in Warrington. The role includes on‑call involvement and responsibility for maintaining high standards of patient care within governance guidelines.
You will work with the Director of Nursing and senior managers to supervise senior nurses, manage resources, and develop the service to its full potential, with a focus on vulnerable service users.

As a Lead Nurse you will provide senior visible clinical leadership to the hospital wide nursing team. You will promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees and visitors. You will ensure that standards of patient care are always maintained within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation. You will be a line manager to some of the experienced ward managers within the hospital, supporting with the day-to-day management of the nursing department. You will play a fundamental part in maintaining high standards and developing the service to reach its full potential.
As a senior member of the nursing team, you will have experience within a similar setting from the NHS and/or Private Care. You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care. You will be supported by the Director of Nursing who will be your line manager in this role.

As a Lead Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will be a senior member of the nursing team with responsibilities of providing visible clinical leadership across the hospital. Your role will include promoting and safeguarding the well-being of service users, employees, and visitors while ensuring patient care standards are maintained. This position requires extensive experience in similar settings within the NHS or Private Care and includes participation in senior on call arrangements. Part of your role will be formulating and presenting updates that will be required through the hospitals governance processes. You will be responsible to manage resources, supervise senior nurses and form and integral part of the clinical structure in maintaining and developing high standards of care.
Location:Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick,Warrington, Cheshire,WA2 8TRArbury Court provides medium and low secure care and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women aged 18 years and over with Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness. Each service within the site has a unique focus, ensuring that the needs of all women can be met. Patients can move through services as their needs change, to focus on the next step in their recovery journey.The service offers a personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathway for women with complex needs. Using the rehabilitation and recovery treatment approach, we ensure that care is focused on the person.
