Job summary

Asda in Nuneaton seeks a Lead Night Manager to guide the night team and oversee 24-hour operations in a large-format store. You will ensure top availability, safety, and shop floor standards while the store operates overnight, supporting continuous improvement and strong customer service.

You will lead planning, execute trading activity, and coach colleagues to drive efficiency and a positive customer experience, with a rolling 4 nights over 7 schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in large-format retail, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Flexible to work night shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all trading activity on shopfloor during night shift.
• Lead night colleagues and coaches to deliver shopfloor standards with strong customer focus.
• Ensure shopfloor is ready and presentable before handover to the day team with well-executed activity and up-to-date POS.
• Support development of the team and foster a culture of ownership and pride.
