Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly specialist Physiotherapist to lead the Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation Team at the Cumberland Infirmary. You will provide expert assessment and treatment for neurological conditions and help develop a high-quality rehabilitation service across inpatient and community pathways.

As team lead you will mentor physiotherapists, drive evidence-based practice, and work closely with the inpatient MDT, Stroke Rehab Team, and Community

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate CPD at Level 7 or equivalent.
• Leadership or management qualification.
• Recent inpatient stroke and neurorehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist assessment and treatment for neurological conditions.
• Lead neuro-rehabilitation team and ensure high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services. Collaborate with MDT and Stroke Rehab teams.
