Job summary

AND Digital are recruiting a Contract Lead .NET Developer to spearhead the build of greenfield digital platforms for a key enterprise client. Role requires strong .NET/C# expertise and hands-on Optimizely experience. Location is primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites in London and Watford.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Lead Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise web builds.
• Deep hands-on development experience with modern .NET/C#.
• Strong experience implementing Optimizely CMS / DXP solutions.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, headless setups and Azure hosting.
• Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and driving sprint delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and architecture for greenfield websites from inception to deployment.
• Hands-on engineering with .NET/C#, establishing coding standards and patterns.
• Lead integration of Optimizely CMS / DXP to power web experiences.
• Mentor delivery teams, conduct code reviews, resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate goals into technical roadmaps.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, security, and scalability of solutions.
