This role involves NDT Level 3 technical responsibility for Dowty Propellers' range of composite and metallic products. The primary focus is to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the products, while training a team in various NDT techniques including:
Ensure the integrity and quality of products, develop and validate NDT methods, manage qualification and training of NDT personnel, collaborate with design and development teams, and support daily operations by providing defect analysis and corrective actions.
Qualified NDT Level 3 in at least one of these disciplines: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT). A degree in Engineering or a recognized apprenticeship with relevant experience is required. Candidates should have or be working towards Level 3 qualification per NDT standards.
