Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Senior NDT Technician to provide technical leadership across all NDT activities for our Formula One operation. You will lead inspection programs, mentor technicians and develop methods, ensuring integrity and safety across components from factory to trackside.

The role requires Level 2 EN4179/PCN in UT and ET, DPI, MPI and VT, plus extensive experience with A-Scan and Phased Array UT, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Level 2 EN4179/PCN certification in UT, ET, MPI, DPI and VT (Level 3 advantageous).
• Extensive experience in conventional A-Scan and Phased Array UT, including handheld and immersion systems.
• Strong understanding of composite and metallic materials in motorsport/aerospace environments.
• Experience developing or improving NDT procedures and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of NDT inspections across manufacture, development and service life of Formula One components.
• Provide technical leadership across UT, ET, MPI, DPI and VT methods.
• Mentor and develop NDT Technicians and promote best practice.
• Review and approve inspection reports ensuring traceability and accuracy.
• Travel nationally and internationally to support race, test and development events.
