Hunter Selection is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for its Diss site. You will work on shift, oversee PPMs, respond to breakdowns, and drive improvements. Leadership potential and training opportunities are emphasized.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, an engineering qualification (Level 2+), and a proactive, independent mindset. FMCG sector experience is highly desirable as the company supports progression and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Strong independence.
• Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement.
• FMCG experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team or alone on shift.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and team development.
• Report to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager.
