Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled construction professional.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site activities.
• Clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Comfort with on-site leadership and coordinating teams.
• Ability to operate machinery (mini digger/dumper) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams on-site to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Apply multi-skilled construction expertise across bricklaying, underpinning, concreting, drainage and more.
• Operate machinery such as mini diggers and dumpers on site.
• Mix concrete, demolish, dig and restore residential properties to their original condition.
• Use tools from demolition hammers to jigsaws with safety gear and HAVS controls.
• Travel to project sites and work closely with Project Managers.
