Job summary

Motion Applied is seeking a Product Leader to transform a world-class motorsport sensor portfolio into a scalable, profitable business. You will own multi-million-pound P&L, shape strategic direction, and drive cross-functional execution with a Junior PM reporting to you.

The role combines technical innovation with commercial accountability, requiring strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Sales, with occasional UK-based travel to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product line, business unit or technology portfolio with revenue accountability.
• Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps from market and customer insight.
• Experience improving profitability via portfolio management, pricing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sensors product range across market segments and pricing.
• Own and grow P&L for the portfolio, including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
