We're hiring a Lead Model Design Engineer to own delivery, resources and technical assurance across an allocated Model Design area. You'll make sure aerodynamic requirements are translated into robust, manufacturable solutions ready for testing, and that your team has the priorities, capability and support to deliver.

This is a leadership role covering both technical assurance and people management. You'll set priorities, allocate work, balance resources and escalat what can't be resolved within the team. You'll also be the principal delivery interface for your area, aligning with other functions and resolving cross functional barriers as they come up.
