Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor to cover multiple sites across North West London. You will lead a team of mobile engineers and manage planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring safety and compliance.

Offering £46,000 per annum plus company vehicle and fuel card, the role requires NVQ3/City & Guilds and strong HVAC knowledge, with clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds mechanical qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supervising mobile mechanical teams in FM/building services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and safety regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of mobile mechanical engineers across multiple sites.
• Plan, allocate and monitor maintenance activities within service levels.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality checks for compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote health and safety culture.
• Review reports, job sheets and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams for efficient delivery.
• Manage materials, parts and procurement for maintenance.
• Support reactive maintenance and escalation as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service performance.
