Quantum Base Limited is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to own and elevate the mobile surface of the Q-ID authentication stack. You will lead the mobile team across native iOS and Android, work on camera pipelines, on-device ML, and mobile SDK distribution for partners, while collaborating with cloud, R&D and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mobile software engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in iOS and Android development.
• Experience with camera, computer vision and on-device ML.
• Experience designing and shipping a mobile SDK for third-party developers.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and pragmatic judgment.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps for mobile (CI/CD, release trains, testing).
• Experience integrating with REST APIs on AWS or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable with customers.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical direction for mobile at Quantum Base and define the roadmap.
• Lead, mentor and grow the mobile engineering team.
• Recruit and retain strong mobile talent; collaborate with physics, ML and cloud teams.
• Hands-on work across camera pipelines, on-device inference and app-store releases.
• Raise the engineering bar with testing, CI/CD and performance analytics.
• Represent mobile in customer conversations and ensure reliability expectations.
