Job summary

The Corporate Engineering AI team at London Stock Exchange is the central enablement and platform delivery function for the Internal AI ecosystem. It scales safe, high‑quality AI capabilities by providing shared platforms, governance, and delivery support across the enterprise.

The role will contribute to building and operating core AI platforms, exposing knowledge and data to AI agents in a governed, repeatable way, with deployment via MCP, Kubernetes, and FastAPI services.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related patterns.
• Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and containerized deployments.
• Ability to operate across enterprise platforms and governance boundaries.
