Qualifications

• Lead mechanical/electrical design on projects up to £5M or up to £20M.
• Prepare mechanical/electrical designs to client specifications.
• Write design reports and participate in audits.
• Support junior staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design on multiple projects and contribute to overall delivery.
• Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD and manage design documentation.
• Attend internal and external meetings to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to project implementation and quality control.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
