Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Lead Medical Education Fellow to develop undergraduate and postgraduate medical education across the Trust, based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role involves leading a team of up to 10 Resident doctors and working with the Director and Undergraduate Director to advance teaching at BHT.

Qualifications

• MBChB or equivalent
• Full GMC registration with a Licence to Practice in the UK
• Completion of Foundation programme or equivalent
• Previous BHT Education Fellow Experience
• Higher degree or other postgraduate qualification in Medical Education recognised by the Academy of Medical Educators
• Higher Medical Membership e.g MRCP/MRCGP/MRCS

Responsabilités

• Lead Education Fellow Management Roles
• Coordinate Education Fellow teaching activities with Education Administration and Simulation teams
• Chair weekly education team meetings
• Provide educational supervision for the Education Fellow team
• Support Education Fellows with their medical education CPD
• Support Education Fellows with education project development and delivery
• Promote and support medical education research
