Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Mechatronic Engineer to architect the future of our manufacturing test architecture. You will define strategy for advanced test platforms, integrate mechanical, electronic, and control systems, and mentor a global team while upholding safety and performance standards.

You will apply LabVIEW and Embedded C/C++ expertise, CAD tools, and knowledge of industrial protocols to push boundaries in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Senior/lead experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Expert LabVIEW and Embedded C/C++ with mechanical/electrical CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy for advanced manufacturing test platforms.
• Architect integrated test platforms aligning mechanical motion with industrial controls.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety, scalability, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using SPC and FMEA.
