Job summary

City Site Solutions Scotland are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join one of our clients on a contract basis in Chapelhall, Lanarkshire.

The role is six months, with a daily rate of £320, and will focus on supervising mechanical installation works and coordinating the daily activities of mechanical trades and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate site records and progress reports on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience working on Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Mission-Critical environments.
• CSCS Supervisor Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation works, including HVAC, pipework, plant installation, and associated mechanical systems.
• Coordinate daily activities of mechanical trades, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.
• Maintain accurate site records, labour returns, progress reports, and quality documentation.
