Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to manage the delivery, installation, and reconnection of modular plantrooms for datacentre projects across Europe. You will lead a mechanical team on-site, coordinating with Electrical Supervisors and AH management to ensure quality and safety.

The role involves offsite fabrication in Banbridge, then deployment across Europe with 5–7 month stints at each location. Full-time, permanent with a competitive salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising M&E plantroom delivery and installation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple datacentre projects across Europe.
• Knowledge of installation sequences, quality standards and HSEQ procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, installation, set-down and reconnection of plantrooms in client programmes.
• Supervise client-appointed mechanical teams and ensure proper installation sequences.
• Provide progress reporting, site meetings, and liaison with AH management and MEP teams.
