Job summary

WeDo Business Services Ltd is recruiting a capable Mechanical Project Manager to join our Leeds-based team on commercial M&E projects.

You will manage mechanical packages from inception to completion, supervise site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting all regulatory and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Project Manager in M&E or building services.
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical installations (HVAC, pipework, plant).
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
• Relevant mechanical/building services qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from inception through to completion.
• Overseeing mechanical installations on commercial projects.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and labour resources.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and other trades.
• Monitoring project budgets, costs and programme deadlines.
• Ensuring works meet regulations, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
• Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates.
