Job summary
TAIT is a global leader in live experiences, seeking a Mechanical Integrator to unite multiple project elements into one cohesive system. You will lead technical coordination across Entertainment Rigging, Automation and Staging/Carpentry, delivering high-quality shows while guiding shop and site installations.
The role emphasizes training, standards, and collaboration with global teams to ensure successful handover and outstanding client outcomes on complex productions.
Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment technician industry and live shows.
- Knowledge of entertainment/construction technology and equipment.
- Ability to read and work from drawings to produce bespoke products.
- Experience with mechanical terminations, fixtures and rigging components.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical tasks on staging/rigging equipment to meet client specs.
- Assist with assembly and disassembly of on-site show elements.
- Set up staging and mechanical equipment in line with TAIT safety policies.
- Install lifting systems safely and prepare technical documentation.
- Travel at short notice to client sites to support projects.
