Job summary

Dalkia Energy Services Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to programme requirements. You will manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors, coordinate with other trades, and support the Project Manager/Engineer to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as Mechanical Supervisor on building services or construction projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site.
• Promote health and safety culture across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits and site rules.
• Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors and allocate work.
• Report progress to Project Manager/Engineer.
