Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a General Foreman to oversee on-site foremen and technical leads, ensuring safe, productive, and cost-efficient execution in construction projects. The role involves scheduling resources, enforcing specifications, and providing engineering input for civil and mechanical work.

The General Foreman will mentor field staff, ensure adherence to the project quality plan, and collaborate with the Trade Superintendent to plan staffing and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to manage and supervise multiple employees.
• Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment uses and limitations.
• Good communication skills to deal with owners and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and sets direction for all Foremen and technical leads on-site to ensure best use of all company resources and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Schedules equipment, materials and tools to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Manages and implements standardized Work Plans and Work Methods and assists in process improvement.
• Acts as a technical civil and mechanical consultant to field personnel.
• Ensures safe working conditions and compliance with safety regulations on site.
