Randstad CPE is recruiting a Mechanical engineer to lead a prestigious, global facilities management portfolio in Central London. The role focuses on hands-on mechanical expertise for planned and reactive maintenance, while upholding safety standards and efficient service delivery.

You will lead and mentor engineers across multiple sites and liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service quality. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with a proven track record in building services.
• Previous experience as an Engineer or Lead Engineer.
• Mechanical,Pressure Systems, Steam, BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme).

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead Engineer across a high-profile multi-site portfolio.
• Provide hands-on mechanical expertise and support for all PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational delivery.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff across multiple sites.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
