Job summary

Recserv Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to run multiple commercial mechanical services projects across Central London, including Kings Cross, Liverpool Street, Chancery Lane and the wider central London area.

You will own projects from mobilisation to completion, coordinating site teams, ordering materials and ensuring works stay on programme while upholding safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial mechanical services projects.
• Experience running several projects at the same time.
• Strong practical understanding of mechanical installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilisation through to completion and final handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour across multiple jobs.
• Order materials and organise deliveries to keep projects running smoothly.
• Programme works, monitor progress and maintain deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and other trades on site.
• Ensure quality, health and safety compliance on site.
• Provide regular progress updates to the business.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of commercial mechanical installations.
