• Mechanical design background in automation / special purpose machinery / robotics.
• Prior leadership experience (Team Lead / Supervisor) at minimum.
• Proven experience with 3D CAD tools and mechanical design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Mechanical Design team (team of 4).
• Hands-on mechanical design of SP machinery (automation, conveyors, robotics).
• Own delivery: workload planning, quality standards, continuous improvement and KPIs.
