Job summary

The role involves creating test strategies, executing functional and integration tests, validating RF transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams through Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing Manhattan Active WM implementations.
• Ability to create comprehensive test strategies and execute functional and integration testing.
• Strong warehouse domain knowledge and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, and order fulfillment processes.
• Test warehouse RF transactions, mobile applications, and handheld devices.
• Execute API, event, and interface testing between MAWM and external systems such as ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/WES, and automation equipment.
• Validate integrations using REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML, and message queues.
• Identify, log, and track defects through Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with developers, configuration consultants, business analysts, and business users.
• Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
