Job summary

Caludon Castle School in Coventry is seeking a Teacher of Maths to join our Mathematics faculty, teaching Maths up to A Level and contributing to GCSE results.

We seek an inspiring practitioner with a collaborative approach who can develop colleagues and deliver an engaging, inclusive learning experience. This is a full-time fixed-term post with immediate start, within a supportive team and strong development culture.

Qualifications

• Be an excellent practitioner with a passion for learning and teaching.
• Be a leader with a desire to achieve the very best outcomes and deliver excellent, inclusive provision for all our students.
• Have an ability to support, motivate and develop teachers to improve their practice.
• Be able to teach Maths up to A Level.
• Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE and A Level results across a range of ability levels.
• Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff.
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience.
• Be a committed, highly competent, energised, reflective and resilient individual.
• Possess the skills and determination to make a profound difference to the lives of our students by sharing our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting.
