The Job you will do:

• Lead major overhaul projects on a variety of medium and high-speed engines
• Manage and allocate workload for a team of engineers effectively
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales and meet customer expectations
• Investigate faults and implement long-term solutions
• Maintain daily contact with customers onsite, providing progress updates and work scope reports

About you:

• Extensive experience in overhauling medium and high-speed engines and ancillary equipment is essential
• Relevant management experience, including team motivation, training, and development, is required
• Experience in leading major engine overhauls is essential
• Marine and offshore industry experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of QHSE standards is advantageous
