Job summary

Twisted Marine is seeking a Marine Engineer/Boat Builder to join our on-site workshop in SO41 8LW. You will lead engineering activities, install and service vessels, and mentor junior engineers while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in the marine industry, proficiency with engines and electrical systems, and the ability to read technical drawings. Competitive salary based on experience and ample opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the marine industry and boatbuilding is essential.
• Experience with engine installations and marine systems (12V/240V) is desirable.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering activities in the workshop with hands-on involvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and apprentices while ensuring safety and quality.
• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, repairs and installations on leisure vessels.
