Elix Sourcing Solutions in Henfield, West Sussex, is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to design, plan and lead manufacturing and process projects at their modern facility near Henfield. The role focuses on improving production efficiencies and driving NPI initiatives within budget.

You will build and lead a small team, manage CI activities, and contribute to ongoing expansion plans, with a Monday–Friday daytime pattern and a strong emphasis on training, progression and a healthy work-life

Qualifications

• Experience in process, CI or manufacturing engineering.
• Willingness to commute to Henfield.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a lead manufacturing engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility near Henfield. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, planning, managing and executing manufacturing & process projects, playing a vital role in improving production efficiencies. You will strategically plan new projects for the business to support with NPI activities, waste reduction and engineering budget management.
